1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item, design, or size

  • The product does not match the description

To qualify, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Have all tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Be reported within 2 days of delivery

Note: Products that appear worn, washed, altered, or used will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sarees with fall/pico done

  • Customized, altered, or personalized items

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Accessories (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.

  2. Share your Order ID, the reason for return, and clear images/video of the product.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm approval.

  4. Pickup will be arranged or you may be asked to courier the item depending on location.

  5. Once the product is received and inspected, we will update you about the status.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the form of store credit or exchange.

Store Credit

  • Issued once the returned item is approved.

  • Can be used for any future purchase.

  • Valid for a specified period if mentioned.

Exchange

You may exchange the product for:

  • A different size (if available)

  • A different product of equal value

  • A higher-value product (paying the difference)

Note: We do not offer cash refunds or bank transfers.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours

  • Share unboxing video and images for verification

We will replace the product at no additional cost after confirmation.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
